I adore milk tea! Sweet, creamy, milky, and just downright yummy, this little cup of joy is the current big thing of all foodies and health buffs out there. Since coming into the metropolitan scene in the past year or two, milk tea shops have been mushrooming everywhere. And yes, I got addicted as well :) Who wouldn't?
Not only is it yummy, it's chock-full of all the healthy goodness that only tea can offer. Tea is a good source of antioxidants, plus it boosts the immune system and increases metabolism. Weight watchers can also rejoice because tea is virtually calorie-free.What's more, adding a splash of milk to your tea gives added benefits of calcium, iodine, and amino acids. Yummy and nutritious indeed!
